National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET)

Assessment Practice

The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) is India's standardized entrance examination for admission to undergraduate medical, dental and other health science courses, conducted by the National Testing Agency. Introduced nationally in 2016 to replace a patchwork of separate state and institutional entrance examinations, it is taken by more than a million candidates each year competing for a comparatively small number of available seats.
