Rachel Coleman is an American producer, singer, songwriter and actress who, with her sister Emilie de Azevedo Brown, created the Signing Time! video series to teach children basic American Sign Language, broadcast on public television. She founded the Signing Time Foundation to advance accessible communication for children who are deaf or hard of hearing. From 2018 to 2021 she served as executive director of the American Society for Deaf Children, extending her work in deaf education and accessibility from curriculum production into national advocacy leadership.
