Delors Report (Learning: The Treasure Within)

The Delors Report, published by UNESCO in 1996 under the title Learning: The Treasure Within, was produced by the International Commission on Education for the Twenty-first Century, chaired by the former European Commission president Jacques Delors. It proposed four pillars of learning, learning to know, learning to do, learning to live together, and learning to be, which became widely cited touchstones in international discussions of the purposes of education.
