All Adult Development Frameworks

Frameworks that describe how adults grow in identity, thinking and career, including the constructive developmental framework, self-authorship and the life-span, life-space theory. A framework belongs here when the cited article defines it as a model of adult development. It excludes adult education concepts, which sit in their own group. Adult educators and counselors use these frameworks to understand how people change in their sense of self, their relationships and their working lives long after school has ended.
