The Incheon Declaration was adopted at the World Education Forum held in Incheon, South Korea, in 2015, convened by UNESCO together with other United Nations agencies and international partners. It set out the vision and guiding framework for Sustainable Development Goal 4 on education, later elaborated in the Education 2030 Framework for Action, committing signatory governments to inclusive, equitable and lifelong learning for all by 2030.
