Instructor-Led Training

Instructional Design and Curriculum Frameworks

Instructor-led training (ILT) is training delivered directly between an instructor and learners, whether individuals or groups. An instructor in this setting may also be called a facilitator, someone who can be knowledgeable and experienced in the material being taught, or who may instead be valued mainly for their skill at facilitating and delivering that material to learners.
