Henri Pieron (July 18, 1881 to November 6, 1964) was a French psychologist regarded as one of the founders of scientific psychology in France. He held the chair of Physiology of Sensation at the College de France from 1923 to 1951 and, with Edouard Toulouse, co developed the Toulouse-Pieron Cancellation Test, a widely used measure of attention and processing speed. In 1928 he established the Institut National d'Orientation Professionnelle, an institute for vocational guidance that still operates today as Inetop, shaping how French education linked psychological testing to career guidance.
