The Primary School Leaving Examination (PSLE) is a national examination taken by students in Singapore at the end of primary school, typically around age 12, that determines placement into secondary school. Administered by Singapore's Ministry of Education, its scoring system has been revised over time, including a shift from the earlier T-score aggregate to a wider Achievement Level banding system introduced for the 2021 cohort.
