How often did the 1975 law require a child's individualized education program to be reviewed?
At least once a year, with a program set or revised at the start of each school year.
The law required each local school agency to establish or revise an individualized education program for each handicapped child at the beginning of each school year. It then had to review the program, and revise it if appropriate, periodically but not less than annually.
